For over 8 years, Matthew Jones has performed a number of roles for the Company, evolving from Project Manager to his current responsibilities as a Customer Experience Specialist. Matthew's focus is on monitoring customer satisfaction for both the paying members (parents) and the end-users (players themselves), in order to implement new and improved programs and services.
